By using our website or scheduling services with Robbin’s Pest Control, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Robbin’s Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services, including inspections, treatments, preventative maintenance, and related pest management solutions.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions, treatment requirements, and local regulations.
3. Scheduling & Appointment Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Trip Charge Policy
If a scheduled service appointment is missed due to any of the following:
- The technician arrives on time and service is denied
- The customer limits the technician from completing the scheduled services
- The customer is unavailable or not present at the scheduled appointment time
A $75 trip charge will be applied.
Exception:
For scheduled bed bug heat treatments, a $400 trip charge will be applied under the same circumstances due to the extensive preparation, labor, and equipment involved.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Robbin’s Pest Control reserves the right to:
- Charge late fees on overdue balances
- Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- Send unpaid balances to collections when necessary
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with services.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide effective pest control solutions, results may vary depending on:
- Severity of infestation
- Property conditions
- Sanitation practices
- Environmental factors
- Customer compliance with treatment instructions
Robbin’s Pest Control does not guarantee permanent elimination of pests unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions
- Inform technicians of pets, hazards, allergies, or sensitive conditions
- Remove or secure valuables before service
Failure to follow preparation requirements may affect treatment effectiveness and may result in additional charges.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional service fees or denial of future service appointments.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission
- Interfere with website functionality or security
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Robbin’s Pest Control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Robbin’s Pest Control disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
